This study was to investigate the effect of the traction and gliding on the affected hip joint on the Range Of Motion(ROM), the Burg Balance Scale(BBS) test, the 10m walking(10MW) test, in the Static and Dynamic affected side Foot Pressure(SDFP), in chronic stroke patients. The results of the study are as follows; The experimental group and the control group was a significant difference between pre and post intervention on the affected hip joint of the ROM, the BBS test, the 10MW test, in the SDFP after intervention(p<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the groups of the ROM, the BBS test, the 10MW test, in the SDFP before intervention, but there was a significant difference after intervention(p<0.05). but The experimental group and the control group was no significant difference hip flexion after intervention(p>0.05). The traction and gliding on the affected hip joint was effective the ROM of Hip joint, the BBS test, the 10MW test, in the SDFP in chronic stroke patients.

본 연구는 만성 뇌졸중환자의 마비측 엉덩관절에 당김과 미끄러뜨림 관절가동술을 적용하여 정적· 동적 족저압, 관절가동범위, 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보자 실시하였다. 연구 결과 마비측의 정적·동적족 저압, 엉덩관절 가동범위, 버그 균형 척도 검사(BBS), 10m 걷기 검사(10MW)에서 실험군과 대조군 모두 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 그리고, 마비측의 정적·동적족저압, 엉덩관절 가동범위, BBS, 10MW 검사에서 실험군과 대조군은 중재 전은 유의한 차이가 없으나 중재 후는 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 하지만 실험군과 대조군의 엉덩관절 굽힘 가동범위는 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 결론적으로 만성 뇌졸중환자에게 엉덩관절의 당김과 미 끄러뜨림 관절가동술은 정적·동적족저압, 관절가동범위, 균형과 보행에 효과가 있었다.
