Subject research is a empirical study to analyze how Personal Trait & Startup Supporting Program cause effect on startup willing, and if selfefficacy functions as regulative factor in relations of personal traits, startup supporting programs, startup willing. Subject research has made analytic model and theory based on our pre-study for personal trait & startup support program, selfefficacy and startup willing. We tested in terms of reliability, descriptive statistics, correlation, multi-variables regression, which was to verify regulation effects. We applied 5% significance level and 95% confidence level to make sure our test result was reliable. Firstly, factors with relevant effect on startup willing were innovativeness, risk senstivity in personal traits those were having positive effects, Secondly, in terms of regulation effects, it was selfefficacy that were positively affective to startup willings. out of cause-effect relationship intermediate innovativeness, risk sensitivity and startup willing. We have theoretically clarifying variables related to Visual arts major student’s willing on startup as per these 2 studies, hereby suggest ways to develope on startup supporting program for Visual arts major students.

본 고는 시각예술 분야 학생들의 개인적 특성과 창업지원프로그램이 창업의지와 어떤 관계인지, 개인적 특성, 창업지원프로그램, 창업의지의 관계에서 자기효능감 의 조절역할이 나타나는지를 검증하기 위한 양적 연구이다. 또한 본 고는 개인적 특성, 창업지원프로그램, 창업의지, 자기효능감 간의 선행논문을 검토하여 연구모 형과 가설을 설정하였으며, 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석을 진행하였고, 조절효과를 확인하였다. 통계분석 신뢰수준은 95%, 유의수준은 5%를 기준점으로 유의성 여부를 판단하였다. 첫 번째, 창업의지에 유의한 효과가 있는 요인들은 개인적 특성의 위험감수성과 혁신성으로 나타났으며 모두 긍정적인 효과 가 있었다. 두 번째, 조절효과의 경우, 개인적 특성의 혁신성과 위험감수성, 두 변수 가 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 관계성에서 자기효능감이 조절변수로서 긍정적인 영 향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 시각예술 분야 학생들의 창업의지에 관계된 요소 들을 이론적으로 증명하였으며, 시각예술 분야 학생들을 위한 창업지원프로그램에 대해 논의하였다.
