This study sought to determine how professional sports teams in various sports in Korea carry out corporate social responsibility and how it affects the team loyalty and re-watching intention of fans and spectators. Through this, the ultimate goal is to provide basic data that will help clubs implement strategic marketing utilizing social responsibility in the future professional sports industry. In this study, we commissioned Macromill-Embrain, Korea's largest market research company, to conduct an online survey targeting 229 adults who have visited professional sports stadiums in the past year. According to the research results, the social responsibility of professional sports teams had a positive effect on team loyalty and re-watching intention. Additionally, it was confirmed that there was a positive correlation between team loyalty and re-watching intention. Finally, based on the analysis results of this study, a discussion was held on the theoretical relationships between variables.

본 연구는 한국의 다양한 종목의 프로스포츠 구단이 사회적 책임(Corporate Social Responsibility)을 어떻게 수행하는지에 따라 팬과 관중의 팀 충성도와 재관람 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 했다. 이를 통해 향후 프로스 포츠 산업에서 구단이 사회적 책임을 활용한 전략적 마케팅을 실시하는 데 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하는 것에 최종 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 최대 시장조사업체인 마크로밀-엠브레인에 의뢰해 최근 1년간 프로스포츠 경기장을 방문한 경험이 있는 성인 229명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시했다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 프로스포츠 구단의 사회적 책임은 팀 충성도와 재관람 의도에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 팀 충성도와 재관람 의도 간에도 정(+)적 상관관계가 있음이 확인됐다. 끝으로 본 연구의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 변수들 간의 이론적 관계에 대한 논의를 진행했다.
