The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of authentic leadership of Taekwondo masters on parents' purchasing behavior. The selected materials are SPSS Ver. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the 29.0 program to derive the research results. First, among the sub-factors of sincerity leadership, self-growth, balanced leadership behavior, and human communication were found to affect use satisfaction. Second, among the sub-factors of authenticity leadership, self-growth, balanced leadership behavior, and sincere attitude were found to have an effect on the intention to continue using. Third, among the sub-factors of sincerity leadership, balanced guidance behavior and human communication were found to have an effect on recommendation intention.

본 연구는 태권도사범의 진정성리더십이 학부모의 구매행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데에 목적을 두고 있다. 선정된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 29.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석,다중회귀분석 을 실시하여 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 진정성리더십의 하위요인 중 자기 성장, 균형적 지도 행동, 인간적 소통이 이용 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진정성리더십의 하위요인 중 자기 성장, 균형적 지도 행동, 진실한 태도가 지속 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진정성리더십의 하위요인 중 균형적 지도 행동, 인간적 소통이 추천 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
