The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among instructor’s coaching language, instructors trust and sports behavior of judokas. Using a convenience sampling method, 216 Judokas from registered in Korea Judo Association. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlations analysis and structural equation model analysis were executed using SPSS 21 and AMOS 21. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. First, it was discovered that the instructor’s positive coaching language had positive influence to the instructors trust of judokas. Second, it showed that the instructor’s positive coaching language positive affect to the sports behavior and the instructor’s negative coaching language had negative influence to the sports behavior of judokas. Third, it showed that the instructors trust positive affect to the sports behavior of judokas.

본 연구는 유도지도자의 코칭언어와 선수의 지도자신뢰 및 운동행동의 관계를 구명하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 2023년 대한체육회에 등록된 유도선수를 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 표본을 수집하였다. 최종 분석에는 총 216명의 자료를 사용하였으며, 연구목적에 따라 통계프로그램 SPSS 21과 AMOS 21를 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 유도지도자의 긍정적 코칭언어 는 선수의 지도자신뢰에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 코칭언어의 긍정적 언어는 운동행동에 정(+)적 영향을, 부정적 언어는 운동행동에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도자신뢰는 운동행동에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
