The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between the psychological needs, participation satisfaction, and psychological happiness of participants in the Silver Generation Park Golf activity. The subjects of the study were 352 users of Park Golf Course in Jeju-si and Seogwipo-si in Jeju-do. The research results derived from the analysis concluded as follows. First, there was a significant difference in difficulty and frequency of participation in psychological needs according to general characteristics, and participation satisfaction showed a significant difference in frequency of participation. However, psychological happiness showed a significant difference in the intensity of participation. Second, it was found that autonomy and relationship had a significant impact on participation satisfaction in terms of psychological needs and participation satisfaction. However, competence was found to have no significant effect on participation satisfaction. Third, autonomy and relationship have been shown to have a significant impact on psychological happiness in terms of influence on psychological desire, participation satisfaction, and psychological happiness. However, competence was found to have no significant effect on psychological happiness. Participation satisfaction was found to have a significant direct effect on psychological happiness. Fourth, among the psychological needs of park golf participants, autonomy and relationship were found to have a significant indirect effect on psychological happiness through participation satisfaction.

본 연구의 목적은 실버세대 파크골프 활동 참여자의 심리적 욕구, 참여만족 및 심리적 행복감 사이의 관계를 검증 하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 제주도지역 제주시와 서귀포시 파크골프장 이용객 352명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 분석을 통해 도출된 연구 결과들은 다음과 같이 결론을 내렸다. 첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 심리적 욕구에서는 난이도와 참여빈도에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 참여만족은 참여빈도에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 그러나 심리적 행복감은 참여강도에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 욕구와 참여만족에 미치는 영향력은 자율성과 관계성은 참여만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 유능성은 참여만족에 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심리적 욕구, 참여만족, 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향력은 자율성과 관계성은 심리적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 유능성은 심리적 행복감에 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 참여만족에서는 심리적 행복감에 유의한 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 파크골프 참여자의 심리적 욕구 중 자율성과 관계성은 참여만족을 경유하여 심리적 행복감 에 유의한 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
