This study seeks to verify the moderation effect of self-leadership from the relation of job stress and the turnover intention of the employees of the martial arts studios. To wholly achieve the objectives of this study, samples are collected from the trainers working at the martial arts studios by using snowball sampling (Dec. 2022 ~ Feb. 2023), followed by reviewing them and the utilization of 350 samples as the final analysis materials. First, utilize the materials for the frequency analysis, descriptives, CFA (confirmatory factor analysis), reliability analysis, and correlation analysis by using SPSS 28.0, AMOS 21.0, and PROCESS macro 4.2, and then add the moderation effect analysis by utilizing the PROCESS macro Model 1. This study draws on the academic implications that the relations of job stress and the turnover intention of the employees of the martial arts studios are connected according to the self-leadership levels through the set hypothesis, then suggests the working-level directions of practical aspects such as the establishment of the job environment and positive organizational culture based on the significant roles of the directors for the continuous improvement of individual martial artists.

이 연구는 체육도장업 종사자들의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 조절효과를 검증한 연구 이다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 본문에서는 22년 기준 현재 체육도장업에서 근무 중인 체육지도자들을 대상으로 스노우볼 표집을 이용하여 표본은 확보하였고, 검수 과정을 거쳐 350부를 최종 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 이후 수집된 자료를 대상으 로 SPSS 28.0과 AMOS 21.0, PROCESS macro 4.2를 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관 분석, 그리고 PROCESS macro Model 1을 이용한 조절효과 분석을 실시하였다. 설정된 연구가설의 검증을 통해 본문에서는 셀프리더십 수준 따라 체육도장업 종사자들의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계가 조절될 수 있다는 학술적 시사점을 도출하였고, 이후 선수 개인의 셀프리더십 증진에 대한 관장들은 유의미한 역할을 토대로 독립성을 부여 하는 직무환경 및 긍정적인 조직문화 구축 등과 같은 실천적 측면의 실무적 방향성을 제안하였다.
