The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the selection attributes of futsla facilities using IPA analysis and the satisfaction of the selection attributes on behavioral intention. To collect data, a survey was conducted on 250 futsal club members and 237 were usable date for practical analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, ground specifications, ground facilities, accessibility, parking facilities, and public transportation properties were classified in the first quadrant, and ground conditions, ground safety, and toilet properties were classified in the second quadrant. In quadrant 3, it was divided into waiting facilities, washing·shower facilities, operating hours, and information center, and quadrant 4 did not include any attributes. Next, suitability and accessibility of selected attributes had a positive effect on behavioral intention. On the other hand, convenience of selection attributes didn’t have an impact on behavioral intention. The above results can be used for discussion on establishing strategies to secure competitive advantage in the futsal industry, and are expected to be used as basic data for establishing strategies to provide optimal services by meeting consumer needs.

본 연구는 IPA 분석을 이용하여 스포츠 시설의 선택속성 분석과 선택속성의 만족도가 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 자료 수집을 위해 2023년 6월 30일부터 7월 20일까지 수도권에서 활동하는 풋살 동호인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 확보된 250부의 자료 중 연구에 부적합 자료를 제외한 237부의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 그 결과, 1 사분면에 그라운드 규격, 그라운드 시설, 접근성, 주차시설, 대중교통의 속성이 구분되 었으며, 2 사분면은 그라운드 상태, 그라운드 안전, 화장실의 속성이 구분되었다. 3 사분면에 대기시설, 세면·샤워 시설, 운영시간, 안내센터로 구분되었으며, 4 사분면에는 어떠한 속성도 포함되지 않았다. 다음으로 선택속성의 만족이 행동의 도에 미치는 영향으로는 선택속성 중 적합성과 접근성이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 편의성은 어떠한 영향도 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 풋살 산업 내 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있는 전략 수립을 위한 논의에 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 소비자들의 요구를 충족시켜 최적의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 전략 수립의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
