The purpose of this study was to perception of Thelefealth for Occupational Therapists. A questionnaire on the perception and opinions of occupational therapists on remote health care was produced and a questionnaire was conducted on 50 occupational therapists. For data analysis, the frequency and percentage of responses to the general characteristics, awareness, and opinions of the study subjects were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 25 version. Results: As a result of analyzing the perception and opinions of occupational therapists on telehealth management, more than half of occupational therapists answered “I know a little” or “I don't know” about telehealth management, and (52%) had higher experience than occupational therapists (48%). More than half of the respondents said remote work treatment would be “helpful and want to try it,” with the elderly (60%) wanting remote work treatment and education (38%) being the highest in terms of service content. With the development of information and communication technology, work treatment using remote health management is expected to become more important. In the future, a lot of research on utilization methods and accessibility is needed to revitalize remote health management in Korea, and it is expected that publicity and education to increase the awareness of occupational therapists in remote health management can be strengthened in the local community.

본 연구는 정보통신기술을 접목한 작업치료 원격관리 방법에 대한 연구의 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 작업치료사 의 원격건강관리 및 원격 작업치료 인식도를 알아보고자 하였다. 작업치료사의 원격건강관리에 대한 인지도와 의견에 관한 설문지를 제작하여 작업치료사 50명을 대상으로 설문하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Statistics 25 version을 이용하여 연 구대상자의 일반적 특성과 인지도 및 의견에 대한 응답을 빈도와 백분율 분석하였다. 작업치료사의 원격건강관리에 대한 인지도와 의견을 분석한 결과, 원격건강관리에 대해 ‘조금 안다’,‘잘 모른다’ 라고 답한 작업치료사는 절반 이상 이었으며, 원격작업치료에 대해 들어본 경험이 있는 작업치료사(48%)보다 들어 본 경험이 없는 작업치료사(52%)가 더 높았다. 원격작업치료가 ‘도움이 될 것 같고, 시도해 보고 싶다’가 66%로 절반 이상이었으며, 원격작업치료를 원하는 대상으로는 노인(60%), 서비스 내용으로는 교육(38%)이 가장 높게 차지했다. 정보통신기술의 발달로 원격건강관리를 이용한 작업치료는 더욱 중요해 질 전망이다. 추후, 국내에서 원격건강관리의 활성화를 위해 활용방법, 접근성 등에 대한 연구가 많이 필요하며 원격건강관리에 대한 작업치료사들의 인지도를 높이기 위한 홍보와 교육을 강화하여 지역 사회에서 활성화 될 수 있기를 기대한다.
