The purpose of this study is to explore development strategies for sports and leisure events through integrated physical education for students with disabilities and non-disabled students. To accomplish this, we analyzed previous research on sports and leisure events, inclusive education, and integrated physical education, and conducted a case study of the 2022 Seoullim Inclusive Sports Games. Additionally, interviews were conducted with participants of this event, and the results were presented along with strategies for the development of social inclusive sports and leisure events. Development strategies were identified at the individual, school, educational institution, administrative, and national levels. In future research, it will be necessary to specify and prioritize these strategies and formulate short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans accordingly.

본 연구의 목적은 장애학생과 비장애학생의 통합체육을 통한 스포츠레저이벤트의 발전방안을 모색하는 것 이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 스포츠레저이벤트, 통합교육과 통합체육, 스포츠레저이벤트와 사회문 제 해결에 대한 선행연구를 분석하고, 우리나라 최초의 통합체육 대규모 이벤트인 2022 서울림 운동회의 사 례를 조사하고 제시하였다. 또한 본 운동회의 참가자를 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하였고, 그 결과를 사회통합 적 스포츠레저이벤트의 발전방안과 함께 제시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 개인차원에서는 적극적인 참여 와 지지가 필요하고, 학교차원에서는 관련 교육과 인식개선 활동의 확대가 필요하다. 교육기관 차원에서는 교육 프로그램 개발과 제공이 필요하고, 행정부처 차원에서는 스포츠레저이벤트에 대한 지원과 관계 기관의 협력이 필요하다. 마지막으로 국가차원에서는 관련 정책, 법률의 수립과 규제를 마련할 것을 제시하였다. 추 후 연구에서는 발전방안에 대한 구체화와 우선순위 도출, 이에 따른 단기, 중기, 장기 전략이 수립되어야 할 것이다.
