This study was conducted to understand how community collaboration in child abuse prevention and child protection is taking place from the perspective of probation officers. To this end, two focus groups were formed targeting eight probation officers and data were collected. Interview questions included the status of collaboration in their agencies, the impact of collaboration, and what is needed for collaboration to take hold. As a result of analyzing the collected data, the probation and child protection organizations shared the goal of preventing child abuse recidivism and sought to provide practical help to victimized children and families through various support projects by expanding the scope of collaborating organizations and targets, as well as utilizing internal resources, in addition to guideline work. As a result, the recidivism rate decreased, work became more efficient, and probation officers experienced a change in their own perspective. Collaboration is influenced by the competence of the person in charge and the support of the probation office, and it was suggested that it is necessary to develop shared work guidelines, expand infrastructure, and expand direct services to establish collaboration. Based on these results, it is necessary to continue collaboration in the future, reorganize the collaboration system, and accept suggestions from the field for efficient collaboration.

이 연구는 보호관찰관의 관점에서 아동학대 재범방지와 아동 보호를 위한 지역사회 협업이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 파악하 고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 보호관찰관 8명을 대상으로 2개의 초점집단을 구성하여 자료를 수집하였다. 면접질문은 소속기관 의 협업상황, 협업이 미친 영향, 협업이 정착되는 데 필요한 것 등으로 구성되었다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 보호관찰소와 아동보호전문기관은 아동학대 재범방지라는 목표를 공유하며, 지침상의 업무를 수행하였다. 또한, 지침에서 더 나아가 협업기 관과 대상자 범위를 확대하기도 하고, 내부자원을 활용하여 다양 한 지원사업을 통해 피해아동과 가정에 실질적인 도움을 주고자 하였다. 이를 통해 보호관찰관들은 재범률이 낮아지고, 업무가 효율적으로 되었으며, 자신의 관점이 변화하는 경험을 하였다. 이들은 담당자의 역량, 보호관찰소의 지원 등이 협업에 영향을 미친다고 하였으며, 협업의 정착을 위해서는 공유업무지침을 개 발할 필요성과 인프라 및 직접적 서비스 확충 등을 제안하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 협업 지속, 협업체계 재구성, 효율적인 협 업을 위한 현장 의견청취 등의 필요성을 제시하였다.
