The purpose of this study is to derive the characteristics of the risk factors of Heritage Care Program. It is intended to be used as basic data for the development of customized safety and health education materials for Heritage Care Program. The study was conducted in the order of classifying 17 daily management and 20 minor and minor repair activities into detailed processes and classifying them as KRAS risk factors. As a result of the analysis, both daily management and minor repairs had the risks of climatic factors, spatial factors, repetitive work, unstable working posture, and risk of falls. This seems to be because it targets heritages that are exposed to the outside air. In addition, daily management and minor repairs showed a strong risk factor for ‘dust’and’falling’.

본 연구의 목적은 문화재돌봄 활동 별 유해위험요인 분석을 통해 문화재돌봄사업의 유해위험요인의 특징을 도출함으로 써, 관리감독자 교육 등 문화재돌봄사업 맞춤형 안전보건 교육 소재 개발과 지역문화재돌봄센터 산업안전보건 지원을 위 한 기초자료로 활용하고자 하는 데 있다. 연구는 문화재돌봄 일상관리 17개와 경미수리 20개 활동을 세부공정으로 분류하 고 다시 이것을 KRAS 유해위험요인으로 분류･분석하는 순으로 진행되었다. 분석 결과 일상관리와 경미수리 공통으로 기 후요인, 공간요인, 반복작업, 불안정한 작업자세, 넘어짐에 대한 유해위험을 가지고 있었다. 업무 특성상 외기에 노출되어 있는 문화재를 대상으로 하기 때문으로 보인다. 이 외 일상관리에는 청소와 관련된 분진, 그리고 경미수리에는 직접 당해 문화재에 접촉해서 수리를 해야하므로 낙하와 추락에 대한 위험요인이 강하게 나타났다.
