In accordance with the standard for disaster management of the Act on assistance to the autonomous activities of enterprises for disaster mitigation, a BCMS(business continuity management system) is established to maintain the continuity of major functions and critical actiyities of enterprises. The BCMS is an approach to the management system of disaster management, and it is a process of deriving the critical actiyities of business impact analysis and the risks subject to intensive management through priority. For RA(risk assessment), the risk subject to focus management is selected through priority analysis of the probability and impact of occurrence of possible risks. However, in selecting priorities, the possibility of probabilistic occurrence of risk factors for the actual risk occurrence period is overlooked due to the selection without considering the target achievement plan period of the business continuity. Therefore, this study compares and analyzes the results of the RA currently and according to the priority of the residual impact for risk factors that may occur within the target achievement plan period, and suggests effective criteria for selecting risks for priority management.

재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율 활동 지원에 관한 법률의 기업재난관리표준에 따라 기업의 주요 기능 및 핵심 업무의 연속성을 유지하기 위해 재해경감활동관리체계를 수립하고 있다. 재해경감활동관리체계 는 재난관리의 경영시스템 관점 접근으로 업무영향분석의 핵심 업무와 위험평가의 중점 관리 대상 위험을 우선순위를 통해 도출하는 과정이다. 위험평가는 발생 가능한 위험에 대한 발생 개연성 및 영향도 를 우선순위 분석을 통해 중점 관리 대상 위험을 선정한다. 하지만 우선순위 선정에 있어 재해경감활동 목표 달성 계획 기간을 고려하지 않은 선정으로 실제 위험 발생 가능 기간에 대한 위험요인의 확률적 발생 가능성이 간과되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 현행 위험평가와 목표 달성 계획 기간 내 발생 가능한 위험요인의 잔존 영향도 우선순위에 따른 위험평가 결과를 비교 분석하여 효과적인 중점 관리 대상 위험 선정기준을 제시하였다.
