This study examines the effects of formal and informal learning on entrepreneurship among university students, with a focus on the mediating effects of career development competencies. The sample consisted of 270 university students, and data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and SPSS PROCESS Model 4, AMOS 26.0. The results first show that both formal and informal learning had a positive effect on career development competencies. Second, both formal and informal learning had a positive impact on entrepreneurship. Third, career development competencies had a positive impact on entrepreneurship. Finally, career development competencies were found to fully mediate the relationship between informal learning, formal learning, entrepreneurship, and their interactions. These findings have important implications for educational practices and suggest directions for future research.

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 무형식학습과 형식학습, 진로개발역량, 기업가정신 간의 관계를 분석하고 진로개발역량의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 총 270명의 대학생이며 SPSS 26.0과 SPSS PROCESS의 Model 4, AMOS 26.0을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 무형식학습과 형식학습은 진로개 발역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 대학생의 무형식학습과 형식학습은 기업가정신 에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 대학생의 진로개발역량은 기업가정신에 정(+)의 영향 을 미친 것으로 규명되었다. 넷째, 진로개발역량은 무형식학습과 형식학습, 기업가정신 간의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 다시 말해, 진로개발역량이 각 변인 간의 관계를 설명하는 결정적인 변수라는 것이다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 교육적 시사점과 후 속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. 본 연구는 초(超)불확실성 시대에 대학생이 기업가 정신을 강화하는데 있어 진로개발역량의 중요성을 드러내고 이와 관련한 구체적인 학 습 변인을 밝혀 추후 기업가정신·진로교육 프로그램과 서비스를 개발하는데 유용한 기 초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 가치가 있다.
