The purpose of this article is to present a writing education method that helps the academic thesisization process of field practical skills. To this end, the general principles and the focus of writing education considering the characteristics of the E-Ph.D. course, and a specific methodology of writing classes. This paper paid attention to in order to establish a direction for DE-Ph.D. writing education. The first is to explore the focus and methods of internalizing the order of the business administration academic community that E-Ph.D.'s learners should observe, and the second is to propose principles and educational methods to discover the value of the professionalism of field jobs and make them academic papers. Academic writing education in course E-Ph.D. should be education that helps learners internalize the value of the academic discourse community, and should be education that helps them convert the expertise of field practice into academic achievements. In this paper, we proposed multiple and systematic tasks that can be provided for the internalization of the academic discourse community of course E-Ph.D. learners and feedback methods that can qualitatively improve learner thinking. In addition, the principles of generalized writing education and field values were proposed to hierarchize and thematicize values and discover new values to help E-Ph.D. course learners convert their field expertise into academic achievements.

이 글의 목적은 현장 실무 능력의 학술적 논문화 과정을 돕는 글쓰기 교육 방 법을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 먼저 E-Ph.D. 과정의 특성을 고려한 일반 원칙과 글쓰기 교육의 주안점을 확인하고, 글쓰기 수업의 구체적 방법론을 제시 하였다. E-Ph.D. 글쓰기 교육을 위한 방향성 확립을 위하여 이 논문에서 주목한 지점은 두 가지다. 첫째는 E-Ph.D.의 학습자들이 준수하여야 할 경영학 학문 공 동체의 질서를 내재화시키기 위한 주안점 및 방법을 모색하는 것이고, 둘째는 현 장 직무의 전문성의 가치를 발견하여 이를 학술 논문화하기 위하여 주목할 원칙 과 교육 방법을 제안하는 것이다. E-Ph.D. 과정의 학술적 글쓰기 교육은 학습자들이 학문적 담화공동체의 가치 를 내재화할 수 있도록 돕는 교육이어야 하며, 현장 실무의 전문성을 학술적 성 과로 전환할 수 있도록 돕는 교육이어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 E-Ph.D. 과정 학습 자들의 학문적 담화공동체의 내재화를 위하여 제공할 수 있는 다원적이고 체계 적인 과제들과 학습자 사고를 질적으로 개선할 수 있는 피드백 방법을 제안하였 다. 또 E-Ph.D. 과정 학습자들의 현장 전문성을 학술적 성과로 전환하는 것을 돕 기 위해 일반화된 글쓰기 교육의 원리와 현장 가치를 가치의 위계 및 주제화, 새 로운 가치의 발견 방법을 제안하였다.
