The purpose of this paper is to explain the advantages and limitations of ChatGPT, which has recently become an issue, and to predict the possibility of specific application. Various problems raised about ChatGPT were reviewed. It frequently gave erroneous answers when asked for factual answers. ChatGPT is weak in finding accurate information and providing factual answers. On the other hand, if ChatGPT is used as an auxiliary tool for creation, it produces effective results. It is also good at quickly summarizing content within limited information. Because artificial intelligence technology is the result of human demand and implementation, it only works in a way that meets the intended goal. ChatGPT is a tool developed for the purpose of continuous dialogue between humans and machines based on the macro language model. If it focuses on the sustainability of human-machine dialogue, it is a tool with excellent natural language generation capabilities. In this respect, we will be able to predict the possibility of using artificial intelligence chatbots in terms of medical care and care.

이 논문의 목적은 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 챗GPT의 특징과 한계를 설명하고, 구체적인 활용 가능성을 전망해보는 것이다. 챗GPT의 등장 이후, 제기된 관심들 속에서 제기된 문제와 한계를 살펴보았다. 챗GPT는 사실에 기반한 답변을 요구 하면 오류의 답을 자주 제시하였다. 챗GPT는 정확한 정보를 찾아내고 사실적 답 변을 내놓는 것에는 취약하다. 반면, 챗GPT를 창작의 보조 도구로 활용한다면 효과적인 성과를 내놓는다. 제한적인 정보 내에서 내용을 빠르게 요약하는 일에 도 능숙하다. 인공지능 기술은 인간이 요구하고 구현해놓은 결과물이기 때문에, 의도한 목표에 부합하는 방식으로 작동할 뿐이다. 챗GPT는 거대언어모델을 바탕 으로, 인간과 기계 사이의 지속적인 대화를 목적으로 개발된 도구이다. 인간과 기계의 대화의 지속 가능성에 초점을 맞춘다면, 뛰어난 자연어 생성 능력을 갖춘 도구로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 인공지능 챗봇의 활용 가능성을 의료와 돌 봄의 차원에서 전망해보았다.
