The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of time management and career decision self-efficacy on employment stress in nursing students. This study is a descriptive research study, and for data collection, a structured questionnaire was provided to 130 fourth-year nursing students at a university located in J. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 27.0 program. As a result of the study, there was a significant correlation between employment stress, time management (r=.18, p<.05), and career decision self-efficacy (r=-.16, p<.05). There was a significant correlation between time management and career decision self-efficacy (r=.66, p<.01). Time management and career decision self-efficacy were the factors influencing employment stress of nursing students, and the explanatory power was 17.1%. Therefore, in order to reduce the employment stress of nursing students, it is necessary to develop various career guidance programs that can improve time management and career decision self-efficacy.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 대상으로 시간관리, 진로결정 자기효능감이 취업 스트레스에 미치는 영향 을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구이며 자료수집은 J소재 일 대학 간호학과 4학년 학생 130명에게 구조화된 설문을 제공하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 27.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 취업 스트레스와 시간관리(r=.18, p<.05), 진로결정 자기효능감(r=-.16, p<.05)은 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것 으로 나타났다. 시간관리와 진로결정 자기효능감(r=.66, p<.01)은 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호 대학생의 취업 스트레스에 미치는 영향요인은 시간관리와 진로결정 자기효능감으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 17.1% 로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 취업 스트레스를 경감시키기 위해서는 시간관리와 진로결정 자기효능감을 향상 시킬 수 있는 다양한 진로지도프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
