생성형 AI(Generative AI) 기반 교류기억체계(TMS)와 팀 성과 연구

In the era beyond the Fourth Industrial Revolution, one of the important issues in future society is the collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence (AI). This study aims to theoretically propose the structural relationship between exploration and exploitation, the transactive memory system(TMS), and team performance using generative AI from the perspective of learning behavior, at a time when the value of AI is being recognized as important. In addition, this study seeks to empirically verify the influence relationship among exploration and exploitation, the transactive memory system, and team performance. Based on the theoretical proposal, empirical research will be conducted to identify the impact of learning behavior using generative AI on team performance, and the role of transactive memory systems in the process. Through this, it is expected to contribute to smoother collaboration between humans and AI as artificial intelligence technology continues to develop in the future.
