Objectives The purpose of this study was to present meaningful marketing implications that can create a competitive advantage in the ever-intensifying industrial environment of screen-golf facilities by examining the relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction, and revisit intentions for MZ generation scree-golf users. Methods The subjects for the study were 137 MZ screen-golf users who visited one of 3 screen-golf facilities located in Seoul and Kyonggi provinces. Several statistical analyses including descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis were performed. Results The path coefficients between indoor air environment(t=4.527, p<.001), accibility(t=2.212, p<.05), and facility cleaness(t=2.212, p<.05) and customer satisfaction were found to be statistically significant. Second, the path coefficient between customer satisfaction and revisit intention was found to be statistically significant(t=4.393, p<.001). Conclusions Consequently, indoor air environment, accibility, and facility cleaness are important service quality for the MZ generation screen-golf users affecting customer satisfaction and, in turn, revisit intention.

본 연구는 MZ세대 스크린골프장 이용객을 대상으로 국내 스크린골프장 서비스품질과 고객만족 및 재 방문의도의 관계를 규명하여 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 시장환경에 있어 경쟁우위를 창출할 수 있는 의미 있는 마케팅적 시사점을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기 및 서울 지 역 스크린골프장 3곳 중 1곳을 방문한 MZ세대 스크린골프 이용객을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 편의표본추 출을 통해 137명을 표집하여 분석을 진행하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, MZ세대 스크린골프 이용자들이 지각하는 서비스품질에 있어 공조환경(t=4.527, p<.001), 접근성 (t=2.212, p<.05), 시설청결성(t=2.212, p<.05)은 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, MZ세대 스크린골프장 이용자들의 고객만족은 재방문의도에 긍정적으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다 (t=4.393, p<.001). 따라서, 본 연구의 결과는 국내 스크린골프장 운영자들에게 MZ세대 이용객들이 중요하 게 인식하는 서비스품질 요인을 파악하고, 고객만족과 재방문의도의 소비행동을 고려한 차별화된 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
