This study reexamines the pitch notation system of the Yuljabo(律字譜, musical character notation) used in the Jeongganbo(井間譜, Korean mensural notation) in the Jeongak Gayageumbo(正樂伽倻琴譜, Gayageum classical music score) published since the 1950s, as it differs among different authors. In order to do so, the study investigates and examines the relevant ancient music scores(古樂譜) and the current Jeongak Gayageumbo, from the establishment of the Jeongak Gayageumbo notation during the Joseon Dynasty to the present, in a chronological manner. Through the 『Sogakwonbo(俗樂源譜, a music book compiled by a public office in 1892)』 of the late Joseon Dynasty, we can observe a glimpse of the pitch notation system used in the Yuljabo used in the Jeongganbo. Furthermore, through the compilation of the 『Aakbu Akbo(雅樂部 樂譜)』 in the 1930s, the pitch notation system used in the notation system was established according to the principles of orchestral music. Therefore, the current Jeongak Gayageumbo, which is used as educational material, should be in line with theory and practice, and adopt the pitch notation system of the Yuljabo, similar to the 『Aakbu Gayageumbo』 in Yiwangjik Aakbu(李王職雅樂部).

본 연구는 1950년대 이후에 발행된 정악가야금보(正樂伽倻琴譜)에서, 정간보(井間譜)에 차용 된 율자보(律字譜)의 음고 기보 체계가 편저자별로 차이점이 있어 재고(再考)한 것이다. 따라서 조 선 시대 정간보의 창안 시점부터 현행에 이르기까지 가야금과 관련된 고악보(古樂譜)와 현행 정악 가야금보를 시대별로 검토하여 고찰하였다. 정악가야금보는 조선 후기 『속악원보(俗樂源譜)』를 통해 정간보에 차용된 율자보 기보 체계의 일면을 볼 수 있으며, 1930년대에 편찬된 『아악부 악보(雅樂部 樂譜)』를 통해 정간보에 차용된 율자 보의 기보는 관현악법에 따른 실음 기보 체계로 확립되었다. 따라서 현행 교과 교재용 정악가야금 보는 이론과 실제가 부합되는 이왕직아악부의 『아악부 가야금보(雅樂部 伽倻琴譜)』와 같은 율자보의 음고 기보 체계를 가져야 할 것이다.
