The purpose of this study is to analyze how related studies have been conducted for the settlement, growth, and development of the business while the employment success package has established itself as a representative employment support project in Korea. Since the start of the employment success package project, a total of 90(papers) employment success package documents have been checked over the past 10 years. This is classified into a literature production institution and a literature characteristic as follows. There were 14(papers) business reports and 20(papers) entrusted tasks by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, identified in other organizations of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. There were a total of 34(papers) dissertations, 6(papers) doctoral thesis and 28(papers) master's thesis. And there were 22(papers) specialized academic studies. In particular, most of the research on youth employment success packages is related to this, and the topics of the papers are divided into satisfaction and employment performance (9 papers), job satisfaction and stress (7 papers), and improvement of employment success package projects and systems(8 papers). In addition, research on employment success packages was initially conducted by limited institutions under the government with limited access to data, but has been actively conducted in academia recently. Therefore, information related to employment success packages should be opened and shared based on personal information protection so that more and more diverse researchers can participate in the study in the future.

본 연구는 취업성공패키지가 한국의 대표적인 취업지원사업으로 자리매김하는 동안 사업의 안착과 성장 그리고 발전을 위해 이와 관련된 연구들이 어떻게 진행되었으며 향후 어떻게 전개해 나가야 할지 에 대한 방향성을 분석해 보는데 그 취지를 두고자 한다. 취업성공패키지 사업이 시작된 이후 지난 10여 년간 총 90편의 취업성공패키지 문헌을 확인하였으 며 이를 문헌 생산기관과 문헌 성격 등으로 분류해 보면 사업보고서와 기타 기관지에서 확인된 14편, 고용부 수탁과제 20편이었으며 학위논문은 총 34편으로 박사학위 논문 6편, 석사학위논문 28편이었다. 그리고 전문 학술연구는 22편이었다. 논문의 주제는 취업성공패키지 참여자의 만족도와 취업성과(9편), 참여자들을 상담하는 상담사들의 직무만족과 스트레스(7편) 그리고 취업성공패키지 사업 및 제도 개선과 관련된 연구(8편)들로 구분할 수 있다. 그리고 취업성공패키지 관련 연구는 초기에는 제한된 자료 접근으로 정부 산하의 제한된 기관 에서 이루어졌지만 최근 들어 학계에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 따라서 앞으로 보다 많은 다양한 연구 자들이 연구에 참여할 수 있도록 개인정보 보호에 기반하여 취업성공패키지 관련 정보의 개방과 공유 가 이루어져야 한다.
