성인계속교육의 관점에서 바라본 전공과 교사의 자격적 배치 방안 연구 : 한국장애인고용공단의 사례를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to explore the ways in which majoring courses teachers can achieve a qualified placement for the KEAD from the perspective of adult and continuing education. The contents of the study focused on the need for teachers in majoring courses to promote interagency cooperation with KEAD to improve professional performance competencies related to vocational training for PDD, and suggested measures to be qualitatively assigned to KEAD. For the research method, FGI was used for leading teachers who are working in the majoring courses and have experience of project exchange with KEAD. Focusing on the point of view that teachers in majoring courses can develop professionalism in vocational training for PDD from the viewpoint of adult and continuing education when cooperative foundation with KEAD is involved, cooperative support type qualification placement, joint operation type qualification placement, independent link type qualification placement, and dispatch type qualification placement were composed. As a result of the study, it was possible to analyze the direction of the vocational training for PDD by cooperating with KEAD in various types based on the qualifications currently held. In addition, it was also suggested that teachers in majoring courses should acquire the same convergence qualification as lifelong education professionals centered on vocational training so that they can continue to develop professional performance competencies related to vocational training for PDD through institutional and long-term cooperation with KEAD.

본 연구는 성인계속교육 관점에서 전공과 교사의 한국장애인고용공단으로의 자격적 배 치 방안을 탐색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 내용은 전공과 교사가 발달장애인의 직업훈련 에 대한 전문적인 수행역량을 향상시키기 위해 한국장애인고용공단과 협력해야 할 필요성 을 중심으로 한국장애인고용공단에 자격적으로 배치될 수 있는 방안이 제시되었다. 연구 방법은 한국장애인고용공단과 업무 교류의 경험이 있는 전공과 중견 교사를 대상으로 한 FGI를 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 전공과 교사가 한국장애인고용공단과의 협력 기반이 수반될 때 성인계속교육 관점에서 발달장애인의 직업훈련에 대한 전문성을 개발해 나갈 수 있다 는 관점을 통하여 협조 지원형 자격 배치, 공동 운영형 자격 배치, 독립 연계형 자격 배치, 파견형 자격 배치가 구성되었다. 연구 결과를 통해, 전공과 교사는 현행에 보유한 자격을 중심으로 한국장애인고용공단과 다양한 유형으로 협력하여 발달장애인을 위한 직업훈련을 운영해야 할 방향성이 분석될 수 있었다. 또한, 전공과 교사는 한국장애인고용공단과 제도 적이고 장기적인 협력을 통하여 발달장애인의 직업훈련에 대한 전문 수행역량을 계속 개 발시켜 나갈 수 있도록 직업훈련 중심의 평생교육 전문인력의 융합 자격을 취득해야 할 필요성도 시사되었다.
