In this study, based on the framework of the '2030 Sports Vision' by utilizing experts in the field of physical education and sports, reviewing the achievements so far, checking whether the planned goals have been achieved, checking areas where there is insufficient progress, and detailed policy projects that should be continued in the long term The purpose is to provide basic data for establishing follow-up policies through awareness of To this end, 20 experts with a high level of understanding of sports policy were selected, and questions related to implementation, contribution, performance, insufficiency, and continuation of detailed projects were asked for the 10 policy areas of the '2030 Sports Vision'. and presented the direction of policy establishment by area based on the detailed tasks to be continued, and the following conclusions were obtained. In the field of life cycle sports support, it is necessary to establish a policy in the direction of strengthening school physical education that can form a habit of lifelong physical education. In terms of using and managing sports facilities, it is necessary to establish policies to expand sports facilities in the region. In sports coach training and welfare promotion, it is necessary to establish policies to improve the sports coach training system. In support and vitalization of sports clubs, it is necessary to establish policies in the direction of revitalizing the operation of sports clubs. In the sports support for the underprivileged, it is necessary to establish policies in the direction of strengthening the sports environment and program support for the underprivileged. 본 연구에서는 체육 및 스포츠분야 전문가를 활용하여‘2030 스포츠비전’의 틀을 바탕으로 그 동안의 성과를 검토하여 계획하였던 목표의 달성여부와 미진한 영역에 대한 점검 및 장기적으로 지속되어야 하는 세부정책 사업들에 대한 인식을 통해 후속 정책들을 수립하는데 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 체육정책에 이해도가 높은 전문가 20인을 선정하여 ‘2030스포츠비전’10개의 정책영역에 대해 이행도, 기여도 및 세부사업의 성과, 미흡, 지속 관련 질문을 하였으며, 응답비율에 따라 상위 3가지를 제시하고 지속되어야 하는 세부과제를 바탕으로 영역별 정책 수립 방향 성을 제시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 생애주기 스포츠지원 영역에서는 평생체육의 습관을 형성 할 수 있는 학교체육을 강화하는 방향으로의 정책 수립이 필요하다. 스포츠시설이용 및 관리에서는 지역내 스포츠시설 확대를 위한 정책수립이 필요하다. 스포츠지도자 양성 및 복지증진에서는 스포츠지도자 양성 체계를 개선하는 방향으로의 정책 수립 이 필요하다. 스포츠클럽지원 및 활성화에서는 스포츠클럽의 운영 활성화하는 방향으로의 정책 수립이 필요하다. 소외계 층 스포츠지원에서는 소외계층 스포츠환경 및 프로그램 지원을 강화하는 방향으로 정책수립이 필요하다. 남북 스포츠교 류에서는 남북간 스포츠 관련 회담의 정례화를 추진할 수 있는 전담기구와 관련된 방향으로의 정책 수립이 필요하다. 전문선수 육성 및 공정성 확보에서는 통합리그 관리체계를 강화하는 방향으로 정책 수립이 필요하다. 국제스포츠교류에 서는 국제스포츠 인재를 양성하는 방향으로의 정책이 수립이 필요하다. 스포츠산업에서는스포츠산업 R&D 통합지원을 강화하는 방향으로의 정책 수립이 필요하다. 민주적거버넌스에서는 부서 및 단체간 소통과 책임성 강화하는 방향으로의 정책 수립이 필요하다.
