The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among coach trust, innovation resistance, innovation behavior, and dropout intention toward college taekwondo demonstration players. In order to accomplish the purpose, the questionnaires were distributed to the players at college taekwondo demonstration teams with coaches using a convenient sampling method. 353 questionnaires were collected. Among them, inapposite 18 questionnaires were deleted. There were 335 usable questionnaires. The results of this study were as follows. First, coach trust had a negative influence on innovation resistance. Second, coach trust had a positive influence on innovation behavior. Third, coach trust had a negative influence on dropout intention. Fourth, innovation resistance had a positive influence on dropout intention. Fifth, innovation behavior did not have an influence on dropout intention. It is suggested that further studies include studies on various types of demonstration players, studies using general characteristics of college taekwondo demonstration players as moderating variable, and studies applying various organizational management variables together.

본 연구는 대학태권도 시범단원의 지도자신뢰, 혁신저항, 혁신행동, 이탈의도 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 달성하기 위해 지도자가 있는 국내대학교 태권도 시범단원을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 활용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 총 회수된 표본은 353부이며 부적절하다고 판단되는 18부를 제외한 최종 335를 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 지도자신뢰는 혁신저항에 부(-)적인 영향관 계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 지도자신뢰는 혁신행동에 정(+)적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 지도자신뢰는 이탈의도에 부(-)적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 혁신저항은 이탈의도에 정(+)적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학태권도 시범 단원의 혁신행동은 이탈의도에 미치는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다양한 시범단원을 대상으로 한 연구, 대학시범단원 의 일반적인 특성을 조절변인으로 활용한 연구, 다양한 조직경영 변인을 함께 적용한 연구를 본 연구와 관련된 후속연구로 제언한다.
