Thhis study analyzed the causal relationship between content characteristics, viewing immersion, and intention to continue, to explore ways to improve intention to continue watching YouTube Home training content viewers, and researched 289 people. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis and performed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0, and structural equation analysis and performed. The research results are as follows. First, all aspects of YouTube home training content characteristics positively impact viewing immersion. Second, we confirmed the result that all sub-factors of the characteristics of home training content have a static effect on the intention to continue viewing. Third, we confirmed the result that viewers' immersion in watching YouTube Home training content has a static effect on their intention to continue watching. Fourth, we found that viewing immersion affects persistence intentions through content characteristics and a partial mediation effect. Therefore, to improve the intention of viewers to continue watching YouTube Home training content, it the important to understand the content and the characteristics desired by viewers.

본 연구는 유튜브 홈트레이닝 콘텐츠 시청자의 시청지속의도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위하여 콘텐츠 특성과 시청몰입 및 지속의도의 인과관계를 분석하였고, 289명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0을 사용하였고, 빈도분석 및 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석을 진행하였으며, 구조방적식 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유튜브 홈트레이닝 콘테츠 특성의 모든 하위요인이 시청몰입에 정적인 영향 을 미친다는 결과를 확인하였다. 둘째, 홈트레이닝 콘테츠 특성의 모든 하위요인이 시청지속의도에 정적인 영향을 미친다 는 결과를 확인하였다. 셋째, 유튜브 홈트레이닝 콘텐츠 시청자의 시청몰입이 시청지속의도에 정적인 영향을 미친다는 결과를 확인하였다. 넷째, 시청몰입은 콘텐츠 특성을 통해 지속의도에 영향을 주었고, 이는 부분매개효과가 있음을 밝혔 다. 이에 유튜브 홈트레이닝 콘텐츠 시청자의 시청지속의도를 향상시키기 위해서는 시청자가 원하는 콘텐츠 특성을 파악 하는 것이 중요하다고 판단한다.
