The present study aimed to explore the effects of experience attributes of marine leisure sports participants on experience satisfaction and post-participation behavior. This study was conducted on 235 participants in the marine leisure sports experience class in North and South Jeolla Province over the weekend from June to August 2022. 235 subjects of this study were selected through convenience sampling, and the collected data were subjected to structural equation model analysis. From the study, it was concluded as follows: First, it was found that the experience tributes of marine leisure sports participants had a significant positive (+) effect on experience satisfaction. Second, it was found that the experience attributes of marine leisure sports participants had a significant positive (+) effect on post-participation behavior. Third, it was found that the experience satisfaction of marine leisure sports participants had a significant positive (+) effect on the post-participation behavior. The conclusion suggested that looking at these results, service education necessary for marine leisure sports workers to increase participation satisfaction that induces experienced people to continuously participate should be preceded. In addition, it will be necessary to remove elements that can pose a risk to safety during the experience, and improve facilities and surrounding conditions. Through this service strategy, it will be possible to not only guarantee the diversification of tourism products and revitalization of the local economy, but also lay the foundation for driving the development of the marine leisure sports industry.

본 연구는 해양레저스포츠 참가자의 체험속성이 체험만족과 참여후 행동에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구는 2022년 6월부터 8월까지 주말 동안 전남 지역 해양레저스포츠 체험교실 참가자 235명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 본 연구의 대상자 235명을 편의표본추출을 통하여 선정하고, 수집된 자료를 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같이 결과을 도출하였다. 첫째, 해양레저스포츠 참가자의 체험속성은 체험만족에 유의한 긍정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 해양레 저스포츠 참여자들의 체험속성은 참여 후 행동에 유의한 긍정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 해양레저스포 츠 참가자의 체험만족도는 참가 후 행동에 유의한 긍정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론은 이러한 결과를 살펴보면 해양레저스포츠 종사자가 참여자의 지속적인 참여를 유도하는 참여만족도를 높이기 위 해 필요한 서비스 교육이 선행되어야 한다고 제안했다. 또한 체험 중 안전에 위험을 줄 수 있는 요소를 제거하고, 시설 및 주변 여건을 개선해야 할 것이다. 이번 서비스 전략을 통해 관광상품 다양화와 지역경제 활성화를 보장하는 것은 물론 해양레저스포츠산업 발전을 견인할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
