The purpose of this study is to analyze major topics and related factors based on research related to management ethics in the big data-based sports industry. Domestic research topics searched in the Academic Research Information Service (RISS) were used, and sports institutions, sports teams, sports teams, professional teams, and ethical management were used as keywords to collect research data related to ethical management in the sports industry. The search period was a total of 64 papers published until April 2023, and the final 42 cases were selected as research data, excluding 18 cases with less overlap and relevance. First, as a result of deriving big data-based frequency analysis, professionals, clubs, organizations, trust, public, identification, and impact were high, and words such as reputation, play, business, practice, fairness, loyalty, responsibility, and immersion were less frequent but related to ethical management. Second, in the selection of topics through topic modeling, it was divided into ethical behavior and influence of professional teams and social responsibility and corporate ethics of sports organizations.

빅데이터 기반 스포츠산업의 경영윤리와 관련한 연구를 바탕으로 주요 토픽과 관련 요인을 분석하여 스포츠산업 내 발생되는 윤리경영 관점에서의 문제와 종류, 규모 등을 파악하고자 한다. 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에서 검색되는 국내 연구주제를 활용하였고, 스포츠산업의 윤리경영과 관련한 연구자료를 취합하기 위하여 스포츠기관, 스포츠팀, 스포 츠구단, 프로구단, 윤리경영을 키워드로 사용하였다. 검색 기간은 2023년 4월까지 게재된 논문으로 총 64건이 검색되었 으며, 중복 및 관련성이 적은 18건을 제외하여, 최종 42건을 연구자료로 선정하였다. 결과는 첫째, 빅데이터 기반의 빈도 분석을 도출한 결과, 프로, 구단, 단체, 신뢰, 공공, 동일시, 영향 등의 빈도가 높게 나타났고, 평판, 플레이, 기업, 실천, 공정성, 충성, 책임, 몰입 등의 단어들이 빈도 수는 적지만 윤리경영과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 토픽 모델링을 통한 토픽 선정에서 ‘프로구단의 윤리적 행동과 영향력’, ‘스포츠단체의 사회적 책임과 기업윤리’로 구분되었다.
