In recent years, a prolonged economic downturn has continued due to COVID-19 and rising inflation. As a result, prospective entrepreneurs are focusing their attention on non-store start-ups with low start-up costs. In particular, interest in starting a non-store business is increasing not only for unemployed young people and housewives who lack funds, but also for office workers who wish to have a two-job job. However, tasks such as identifying demand trends are a difficult and difficult process for early founders. As a result, although it is easy to start a non-store business, failures are occurring one after another due to difficulties in the business process. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to build a service in which non-store founders, buyers, and promotional material manufacturers share information and participate. In other words, a business support system and method were designed so that all members of the non-store business in the field of promotional materials can share the profits. Finally, we designed a business support system that effectively supports the entire process from business entry to operation to non-store founders and enables safe and efficient business operation.

최근 들어, COVID-19, 물가 상승 등으로 인해 장기적인 경기 침체가 지속되고 있다. 이로 인해, 창업 비용의 부담이 적은 무점포 창업에 대한 예비 창업자들의 관심이 집중되고 있다. 특히, 자금이 부족한 청년 실업자나 가정주부 뿐만 아니라 투잡을 희망하는 직장인들에게도 무점포 창업에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 수요 트렌드의 파악 등의 작업이 초기 창업자에게는 어렵고 힘든 과정이고, 이로 인해 무점포 창업은 쉬울지라도 사업 진행 과정의 어려움으로 인해 실패가 속출되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 무점포 창업자, 구매자 및 판촉물 제작사들이 정보를 공유하고 참여하는 서비스를 구축하고자 한다. 즉, 판촉물 분야의 무점포 사업 구성원 모두가 이익을 함께 나눌 수 있는 사업 지원 시스템 및 방법을 설계하였다. 최종적으로, 무점포 창업자에게 사업 진입부터 운영까지의 전 과정을 효과적으로 지원하며, 안전하고 효율적인 사업 운영이 가능한 사업 지원 시스템을 설계하였다.
