In the recent era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, ChatGPT, one of the artificial intelligence technologies, is playing an important role in each field. Many companies are changing by introducing AI search technology and chatbot technology. Along with these changes, the educational environment and methods are also changing. However, as the proportion of information acquisition through digital video technology increases, students' comprehension of written information decreases and they have difficulty communicating with humans. ChatGPT is the best performing chatbot to date and is expected to pass the Turing test in its next version. In this study, we used ChatGPT to develop a communication platform that enables conversations customized to the user's situation. The developed platform is expected to be utilized as a learning tool for students who have difficulties in conversing and communicating with people and students with low literacy skills.

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대에서는 인공지능 기술 중 하나인 ChatGPT가 각 분야에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 많은 기업들이 인공지능 검색 기술과 챗봇 기술을 도입하여 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화에 맞춰 교육 환경과 방법도 변화하고 있다. 하지만 디지털 영상 기술을 통해 정보를 습득하는 비중이 높아지면서, 학생들은 문서 정보에 대한 이해력이 감소하고 인간과의 소통에 어려움을 겪고 있다. ChatGPT는 현재까지 나온 챗봇 중에서 가장 뛰어난 성능을 보여주고 있으며, 다음 버전에서는 튜링테스트에도 통과할 것으로 예상된다. 이 연구에서는 ChatGPT를 이용하여 사용자 상황에 맞춘 대화를 가능하게 하는 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼을 개 발하였다. 개발된 플랫폼은 사람과의 대화와 소통에 어려움을 겪는 학생들과 문해력이 부족한 학생들을 위한 학습 도구로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
