This study is a study on the analysis of the impact of the residential environment characteristics of the single-person young generation on housing satisfaction. Recently, issues regarding the single-person young generation are increasing due to the increase in non-married households. The purpose of this course is to analyze the current state of housing and how the living environment affects residential satisfaction. As a result, first, the residential environmental factors that affect economic situation factors such as rent and management costs were found to be indoor space factors and indoor environmental factors, and had a positive (+) effect. Second, residential environment factors that affect surrounding environmental factors, such as public facilities and park facilities, appeared as residential building factors, residential location factors, and indoor space factors, and residential building factors and indoor space factors had a positive (+) effect. and the residential location factor had a negative (-) effect. Third, it was found that the residential environment of young single-person households affected the residential satisfaction in a positive (+) direction as the indoor space factor as a detailed residential environmental factor that affected the residential satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to make policy proposals through various procedures such as a demand survey for housing satisfaction for the single-person young generation.

본 연구는 1인 청년세대의 주거환경특성이 주거만족도에 미치는 영향 분석에 관한 연 구로서 최근 비혼 가구 등의 증가로 1인 청년세대에 대한 이슈가 증가하고 있으며, 선행 연구 등의 부족으로 청년세대들의 주거실태를 분석하고, 거주하고 있는 주거환경이 주거 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 분석하는데 의의를 둔다. 그 결과로 첫째, 임대료와 관리비 등 경제상황요인에 영향을 미치는 주거환경 요인들은 실내공간요인과 실내환경요인으로 나타났으며, 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 공공시설과 공원시설 등 주변환경요인에 영향을 미치는 주거환경 요인들은 주거건물요인, 주거입지요 인, 실내공간요인으로 나타났으며, 주거건물요인과 실내공간요인은 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤 으며, 주거입지요인은 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 청년세대 1인 가구의 주거환경이 주 거만족도에 영향을 미치는 세부 주거환경요인으로는 실내공간요인으로 정(+)의 방향으로 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 1인 청년세대를 위한 주거만족도를 위해서 수요조사 등의 다양한 절차를 동해 정책적 제안을 할 필요가 있다.
