There is a significant relationship between delinquency and criminal damage. Adolescents living in delinquency are more likely to be involved in criminal damage. In particular, female adolescents, who are relatively weak, are at high risk of exposure to forced prostitution or sexual assault in the name of introducing jobs and accommodation by adult men or teenagers of their age. As such, the runaway of adolescents does not distinguish between male and female adolescents and provides them with opportunities for criminal damage. The study empirically analyzed the second data of the "Children and Youth Human Rights Survey" surveyed by the Youth Policy Institute in 2020, and found that the path from runaway experience to sexual crime damage through parental neglect was static. In other words, parental neglect statistically significantly mediates the relationship in which the experience of runaway directly affects the experience of sexual crime damage and the experience of sexual crime increases as the experience of runaway increases.
