As of 2023, the increase in the unmarried population of young people in their 20s and 30s is emerging as a major social problem in Korean society. Just as the current youth generation is expressed by the word ‘Sampo generation’, which gives up dating, marriage, and childbirth, the problem is becoming more serious as the generation in charge of a nation’s future gradually avoids this role. Therefore, this study focuses on clarifying the problem of non-marriage in modern society and enhancing the sensibility of proper love through analysis of love poems in the Book of Poetry. In order to do this, first of all, I will diagnose the problem of non-marriage occurring in Korean society in the 21st century, and as an alternative to this, I will explain the fundamental meaning of love from the perspective of Confucian philosophy. Based on the results derived here, it is a very important task to select and analyze the contents that can be interpreted as love poems among the Fengs(風) in the Book of Poetry. Through this process, it can be seen that the core goal of the study is to classify the poems by subject and to consider the artistic meaning by constructing an appropriate emotional model.

2023년 현재 한국사회에서는 20-30대 젊은 층의 비혼 인구 증가가 커다란 사 회 문제로 대두되고 있다. 연애, 결혼, 출산을 포기하는 ‘삼포세대’라는 말로 현재의 청 년세대가 표현되는 것처럼 한 국가의 미래를 담당하는 세대들이 이런 역할을 점차 기 피하게 되면서 그 문제가 더욱 심각하게 부각되고 있는 실정이다. 수신제가(修身齊家)라는 말에서도 알 수 있듯이 개인의 역할 뿐 아니라 가정의 역할 역시 강조하는 유가(儒家)의 이론은 해당 주제와 밀접한 연관성을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 이런 사상적 배경을 연유로 하여 관련 문제들을 진단해보고 이를 통해 나름 의 해결책을 제시해주는 것이 그 어느 때보다 절실한 상황이다. 이와 관련하여 유가에 는 논어, 맹자를 필두로 인간의 보편적인 문제에 관한 삶의 지혜를 집대성한 경전이 다 수 존재한다. 그 중 시경은 다양한 상황에서 인간이 느낄 수 있는 감정의 모습을 시라 는 언어예술의 형태로 서술하고 있는 경전이다. 따라서 해당 주제는 시라는 언어 예술 을 통해 누구나 공감할 수 있는 보편적인 사랑의 가치 및 바람직한 연애 감정 형성에 대한 사상적 실마리를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 연구의 가치가 있다고 여겨진다. 이에 본 연구는 현대사회의 비혼문제와 관련하여 시경에 나타난 연애시들에 대 한 분석을 통해 올바른 연애의 감성을 고양하는 데에 중점을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 우 선 21세기 한국 사회에서 발생하고 있는 비혼 문제에 진단해보고 유가철학적 관점에서 연애의 근원적 의미에 대해 설명해 볼 것이다. 여기서 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 시경의 풍(風)에 실린 시들 중에서 연애시로 해석할 수 있는 내용들을 선별하여 분석하는 것 이 매우 중요한 작업이다. 이런 과정을 통해 해당 시들을 주제별로 분류해보고 적절한 감정모형을 구성해봄으로써 그 예술적 의미를 고찰해 보는 것이 해당 연구의 핵심 목표라고 볼 수 있다.
