China under Xi Jinping has become uncertain and unpredictable. And as if the recent economic situation, global political turmoil has also worsened. In this situation, we need to understand China's perception and perspective, especially the policy makers' group, and further gauge their important policy-making directions based on it. Based on these practical needs and lack of domestic and foreign research, this paper examined China's collective learning system and analyzed the current status and contents. The overall configuration is as follows. This Paper examined the background and purpose in Chapter 1, the historical development and meaning of collective learning system in Chapter 2. Chapter 3 and 4 considered the current status and meaning of collective learning system during Xi Jinping era. At the end, Chapter 5 summarized Chapter 2~4 and tried to present its meaning and implications.

시진핑 시기의 중국은 불확실하고 예측이 어려워졌다. 근래에 국제정치적 혼란과 불안정 성에 경제적 어려움까지 더해져 우리로서는 가능한 하나의 단서라도 보태어 중국의, 특히 정책결정자 그룹의 인식과 시각을 이해하고 나아가 그것에 기반하여 그들의 중요한 정책결 정 방향을 가늠해야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 현실적 필요와 국내외 연구의 부족에 근거해 중국의 집체학습 제도를 고찰하고, 시진핑 제1기~제2기 집체학습 현황과 내용을 분석하였 다. 전체 구성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본문의 배경과 목적을 밝히고, 둘째, 중앙정치국 집체학 습의 발전과 의미를 고찰하며, 셋째, 시진핑 제1기~제2기 현황과 의미를 살펴보고, 넷째, 앞서서 서술한 내용을 정리하면서 그 의미와 시사점을 찾아보았다.
