The purpose of this study was to identify the level of post-traumatic stress, resilience and post-traumatic growth among nurses who care for COVID-19 patients in a national designated infectious disease hospital and to investigare the factors influencing their post-traumatic growth. We performed a cross-sectional descriptive study, and data were collected from June 20 to July 4, 2022. A total 166 nurses participated in this study. As a result, the mean score of post-traumatic stress was 21.13±14.83, the mean score of resilience was 57.54±13.30, and the mean score of post-traumatic growth was 36.98±12.84. In this study, there was a significant correlation among post-traumatic growt, post-traumatic stress and resilience. Religion and resilience were factors influenced post-traumatic growth among nurses, and the explanatory power was 43.7% in the regression model. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop interventions that can help post-traumatic growth of nurses in national designated infectious disease hospitals.

본 연구는 코로나19 대처를 위하여 국가가 지정한 일개 감염병원에서 코로나19 환자를 간호한 간호사 들을 대상으로 외상후 스트레스, 회복탄력성 및 외상후 성장 정도를 파악하고 그들의 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향요인을 규명함을 목적으로 하였다, 본 연구 대상자는 서울시 소재 일개 국가지정 감염병원 에서 코로나19 감염환자를 1년 이상 간호한 간호사들로 2022년 6월20일부터 7월4일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 166명의 자료가 연구결과에 분석되었다. 본 연구결과, 간호사들의 외상 후 스트레스 점수는 평균 21.13±14.83점, 회복탄력성 점수는 평균 57.54±13.30점, 외상 후 성장 점수는 평균 36.98±12.84점이었다. 또한 그들의 외상 후 성장은 외상 후 스트레스와 회복탄력성 간에 유의한 상관관 계를 보여주었으나 외상 후 스트레스와 회복탄력성 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구 대상자의 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향요인으로는 종교와 회복탄력성으로 설명력은 43.7%이었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 국가지정 감염병원 간호사들의 종교에 준하는 영성강화와 회복탄력성을 돕기 위한 중재방안이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
