The purpose of this study was to examine music therapy supervisors’ perception of ‘good supervision’ and the interview data collected from 9 experienced music therapy supervisors were analyzed using the consensual qualitative research method(CQR). As the results, 6 domains such as ‘plain supervision goals’, ‘effective supervisory interventions’, ‘multifaceted expertise of supervisor’, ‘trusting supervisory relationship’, ‘efforts to become a good supervisor’, ‘the supervisee’s efforts to growth’ and 29 categories were derived. The results of the study suggest important guidelines for essential components and supervisor’s expertise that good music therapy supervision requires. Furthermore, the findings of the study provide useful information on advancement of music therapy education and training.

이 연구의 목적은 음악치료 수퍼바이저들이 지각하는 좋은 수퍼비전에 대한 고찰이다. 이를 위해 9명 의 숙련된 음악치료 수퍼바이저를 대상으로 면담 자료를 수집하고, 합의적 질적연구 방법으로 분석하 였다. 그 결과, ‘명확한 수퍼비전 목표’, ‘효과적인 수퍼비전 개입’, ‘수퍼바이저의 다면적 전문성’, ‘신 뢰로운 수퍼비전 관계’, ‘좋은 수퍼바이저가 되기 위한 노력’, ‘성장을 위한 수퍼바이지의 노력’의 6개 영역과 29개의 범주가 도출되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 효과적인 음악치료 수퍼비전을 구성하는 필수 요 소와 수퍼바이저의 전문성에 대한 중요한 지침을 제안하는 동시에 음악치료사 교육과 임상 훈련의 질 적 향상에 필요한 유용한 정보를 제공한다.
