This study first examines the challenges faced by universities in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and tries to derive implications for new alternatives for industry-university linkage education by examining the policy efforts of the government and universities for university innovation. In addition, by conducting focus group interview(FGI) to collect the opinions of those in charge of companies participating in industry-university linkage education in the industrial field, we understand the general environment of the future society in which universities are located, and we would like to present a policy for the development of innovative customized university education. Through the survey results, this study presents various improvement plans at the university level and the government level to vitalize industry-university linkage education. Emphasizes the need for practical interaction with industries, such as efforts to explain the university's curriculum, the need for convergent subjects and education in addition to general majors, proposals for active recommendation of excellent students, conducting pre-interviews for trainees, and active exchange between schools and industries, are doing. Specifically, first, it emphasizes that universities are responsible for character education that can instill entrepreneurial spirit and challenging spirit in students. Second, it is necessary to induce fair and equitable university policies that focus on universities that produce high performance compared to input, rather than policies that differentiate from input. Third, it seems that universities should set the direction and content of industry-university linkage education through closer contact and joint research with the industry. Fourth, evaluation guidelines and support policies are required at the university and government levels that can motivate professors so that class contents, class methods, and innovative attempts that can keep pace with the era of the 4th industrial revolution can be actively made.

본 연구는 우선 4차 산업혁명 시대 대학의 당면과제를 살펴보고, 대학혁신을 위한 정부와 대학의 정책적 노력을 살펴봄으로써 새로운 산학 연계교육 방안에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 아울러 산업계 현장에서 산학연계교육에 참여하고 있는 기업담당자들의 의견수렴을 위해 심 층면접조사(FGI: Focus Group Interview)를 실시함으로써 대학이 처해 있는 미래사회의 제반 환경들을 이해하고, 이러한 미래사회에 대한 혁 신적인 맞춤형 대학교육 발전방안을 정책적으로 제시하고 있다. 조사 결과를 통해 본 연구는 산학연계교육의 활성화를 위해 대학차원과 정부차 원에서의 개선방안도 여러 가지로 제시해 주고 있으며, 대학의 실질적인 산학연계를 위해 산업체 관계자와의 면담을 통한 적재적소 배치 노력, 대학의 교육과정 설명 노력, 일반 전공뿐만 아니라 융복합적인 과목 및 교육의 필요성, 우수학생 적극추천 방안 제시, 실습생 사전 면접 진행, 학 교와 산업체의 적극적인 교류 활성화 등 산업체와의 실질적인 상호작용이 요구됨을 강조하고 있다. 정책방안 또는 정책방향으로는 구체적으로 먼저, 학생들에게 기업가정신 및 도전정신을 심어줄 수 있는 인성교육의 책임이 대학에 있음을 강조하고 있다. 둘째, 정부는 투입부터 차별화되 는 정책이 아니라 투입 대비 높은 성과를 산출하는 대학에 방점을 둔 공정하고 형평성에 입각한 대학정책을 유도할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 대학은 산업계와의 보다 긴밀한 접촉 및 공동연구를 통해 산학연계교육의 방향과 내용을 정해야 할 것으로 보인다. 넷째, 4차 산업혁명 시대에 발맞출 수 있는 수업내용, 수업방식, 혁신적인 시도 등이 적극적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 교수자들을 동기부여할 수 있는 대학 및 정부 차원에서의 평 가지침 및 지원정책이 요구되어 진다.
