In the 2022 revised curriculum, the cultivation of students' digital literacy is the focus of the curriculum composition. For these changes in the curriculum to take place in actual classes, it is necessary to improve teachers' ICT teaching efficacy. Therefore, in this study, conducted a comparative analysis with other countries on the hierarchical factors that affect ICT teaching efficacy, focusing on elementary school teachers. As a result, the need for systematic ICT education experience in teacher training institutions and life cycle training in the field, the need to prepare measures to increase teacher participation and understanding of the educational environment in establishing an ICT education environment, and gender It was analyzed that it was necessary to prepare a plan to reduce the gap in ICT teaching efficacy and to create leadership and innovative school climate to vitalize ICT education.

2022 개정 교육과정에서는 학생의 디지털 기초 소양 함양을 교육과정 구성의 중점으로 두고 있다. 그리고 모든 교과를 통해 이 소양을 함양할 수 있도록 수업을 설계하고 정보통신기술을 활용하여 교수·학습 방법을 다양화하도 록 하고 있다. 이러한 교육과정의 변화가 실제 수업에서 이루어지기 위해서는 수업을 지도하는 교사의 ICT 교수 효능감을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등교사에 초점을 두어 ICT 교수 효능감에 영향을 미치는 위계적 요인에 대해 타 국가와의 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 교원양성기관에서의 체계적인 ICT 교육 경험 과 현장에서의 생애주기별 연수의 필요성, ICT 교육 환경의 구축에 있어 교사의 참여 및 교육 환경에 대한 이해 도를 높일 수 있는 방안 마련의 필요성, 성별에 따른 ICT 교수 효능감의 차이를 줄이기 위한 방안 마련, 그리고 ICT 교육 활성화를 위한 학교장의 리더쉽과 혁신적인 학교 풍토의 조성이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.
