This study analyzed based on the problem of career exploration in adolescence, this study aims to be helpful to students who wish to pursue a career in the art field (acting). Students can experience process dramas and realize active acting based on their own actual experiences. Participating students, who are the subject of the process drama, have in-depth exploration of themselves in the production process. Students can use it as a stepping stone to make career choices and decisions in the theater field through constant questions about themselves and questions about their direction of life through role acting while living the life of the character in the play. The researcher suggests the following convergence program of drama customs. It will be fused and reconstructed into a program called play + narration pantomime TEME & ISSUE, STOP/PLAY+ Tablo ZOOM IN&OUT, and hot sitting + empty chair ON&OFF. Specifically, workshop performances are conducted for students of general high school hobby clubs. The purpose of this is to learn acting training methods using drama customs in the process of becoming the subject of the play and experiencing actual theater production. The above three convergence programs allow actors to interpret the psychology of characters in various ways from their perspective through scene acting linked to their subjective experiences, and ultimately move into a new paradigm in career education for students interested in acting. After the performance, a survey was conducted to provide a place for communication with participating students. The use of drama customs has shown the desired results in that it has instilled a change in career perception based on subjectivity, which is the goal of career education in theater art, and a driving force to actively lead one's career choice. In addition, regarding the phased implementation of the 2025 high school credit system, it is proposed to organize and operate two representative arts subjects, acting and theater production practice, which are organized by the Ministry of Education, as art subjects. We hope that the drama custom convergence program presented by this paper will serve as a stepping stone for career experience education in the field of theater and arts in the future.

이 연구는 청소년기 진로 탐색에 대한 문제를 근간으로 하여 예술 분야(연기) 진로를 희망하는 학생들 에게 도움이 되고자 한다. 학생들은 과정 드라마를 체험하면서 배우 스스로가 자신의 실제 경험을 바탕 으로 한 능동적인 연기를 구현할 수 있다. 과정 드라마의 주체자인 참여 학생은 제작과정에서 나 자신에 대한 깊이 있는 탐구 시간을 가진다. 학생들은 극 중 인물의 삶을 살아가면서 자신에 대한 끊임없는 질 문과 역할연기를 통해 자신의 삶의 방향에 대한 물음을 통해 연극 분야 진로 선택과 결정을 하는 데 발 판으로 삼을 수 있다. 연구자는 드라마 관습 중 극중극+나레이션 판토마임 THEME & ISSUE, STOP/PLAY +타블로 ZOOM IN&OUT, 핫시팅+빈 의자 ON&OFF라는 프로그램으로 융합 및 재구성한다. 구체적으로 일반 고등학교 취미동아리 학생들을 대상으로 워크샵 공연을 실행한다. 학생들은 연극의 주체가 되어 실 제 연극 프로덕션을 경험하는 과정에서 드라마 관습을 활용한 연기훈련 방법을 터득하기 위함에 있다. 위의 3가지 융합프로그램은 배우가 자신의 주관적 체험과 연결한 장면 연기를 통해 인물의 심리를 자신 의 관점에서 다양하게 해석할 수 있으며 궁극적으로 연기에 관심 있는 학생들의 진로 교육에 새로운 패 러다임으로 나아갈 수 있다. 공연이 끝난 후, 설문조사를 실시함으로써 참여 학생들과의 소통의 장을 마련하였다. 드라마 관습의 활용은 연극예술 진로 교육의 목표인 주체성을 근간으로 하는 진로 인식의 변 화와 적극적으로 자신의 진로 선택을 이끌어 내는 원동력을 심어주었다는 측면에서 소기의 성과를 보였 다고 할 수 있다. 또한 2025 고교학점제의 단계적 시행에 관련하여, 교육부에서 편성한 전문 예술 교과 중 특히 연기 활동과 관련하여 대표성을 띠는 ‘연기', ‘연극 제작 실습' 두 과목을 정규 예술 과목 교과로 편성하여 운영할 것을 제안한다. 이를 바탕으로 할 때, 연구자가 제시하는 드라마 관습 융합프로그램은 향후 연극예술 분야 진로 체험 교육의 발판이 되어줄 것을 기대해 본다.
