This article is designed to investigate the characteristic aspects identified in the world of the times, using Gigak’s Gigak Hanpil, a female intellectual in the 19th century, as the main research object. In Chapter 2, before examining Gigak’s literature in earnest, the Korean Chinese literature creation pattern of female intellectuals was reviewed, and then the trend of how women’s literature was studied in Korean Chinese literature was summarized. In addition, the foundation for the study was laid by examining the entire collection of Gigak Hanpil poems. Next, in Chapter 3, Gigak Hanpil’s characteristics were divided into three categories, and the first was ‘expression of camaraderie with the author and poetic meeting’, to pay attention to how the rejection interacted with other intellectualss and in what ways he expressed a sense of similarity. By the 19th century, it can be confirmed that women’s literature was active unlike the previous period, and the appearance of women’s gatherings, which can be confirmed in the work of the rejection, is meaningful in that it shows that women’s literature was socially developed at the time. The second looked into the inner desire of the creator to engage in literary activities under the theme of ‘Creator’s Fundamental Desire, Beyond Limits,’ while at the same time recognizing the limitations of women. Literary expression and expression of oneself can be said to be human’s natural desire, and in the case of rejection, it was confirmed that he recognized the limitation of being a woman and expressed his feelings about it in poetry. The third is ‘aiming for a fantastic space, the creation of Yusun literature and its meaning,’ and here, we tried to discover the characteristics of women’s literature identified in the poetry world of rejection. If you look for the aesthetics of difference that only women’s literature has, it can be discussed in the tradition and succession aspects of Yusun-si’s creation, and it can be confirmed that references to the fresh world are often detected in Gigak’s works.

이 글은 19세기 여성 지식인인 기각(綺閣)의『기각한필(綺閣閒筆)』을 주요 연구 대상으로 삼아 시세계에서 확인되는 특징적 양상을 규명하고자 기획된 것이다. 2장에서는 기각의 문학을 본격적으로 살피기에 앞서 여성 지식인의 한문학 창작 양상을 개관한 뒤 한문학에서 여성문학이 어떤 방식으로 연구되었는지 동향을 정리해보는 작업을 선행하였다. 또한『기각한필』문집을 전체적으로 살핌으로써 연구의 토대를 마련하였다. 다음으로 3장에서는『기각한필』의 특징을 세 가지로 나누어 살펴보았는데, 첫 번째는 ‘여성 지식인과의 동류의식(同類意識) 표출, 그리고 시적 만남’으로 기각이 다른 여성 지식인들과 어떻게 교유하고 또 어떤 측면에서 동류의식을 드러냈는지에 주목하고자 하였다. 19세기에 이르면 여성문학도 이전 시기와 달리 적극적임을 확인할 수 있는데, 기각의 작품에서 확인 가능한 여성 모임의 등장은 당시 여성문학이 사회적으로 발전했음을 보여준다는 점에서 의미를 지닌다고 하겠다. 두 번째는 ‘창작자의 근본적 욕망, 한계를 넘어’라는 주제로 기각이 문학 활동을 하게 된 내적 욕망을 들여다보는 동시에 여성이라는 한계를 어떻게 인식하고 있었는가에 대해 살펴보았다. 문학적 표출, 그리고 자신에 대한 표현은 인간 본연의 욕망이라고 할 수 있는데, 기각의 경우 여성이라는 한계를 인식하고 그에 대한 자신의 감정을 시로 표현해냈음을 확인하였다. 세 번째는 ‘환상적인 공간으로의 지향, 유선시(遊仙詩) 창작과 그 의미’로, 여기에서는 기각의 시세계에서 확인되는 여성문학의 특징을 발견해보고자 하였다. 여성문학만이 지니고 있는 다름의 미학을 찾아본다면 유선시 창작의 전통과 계승 양상 속에서 논의할 수 있는데, 기각의 작품 속에서도 신선 세계에 대한 언급이 자주 포착됨을 확인하였다.

この文は19世紀の女性知識人である綺閣の『綺閣閒筆』を主要研究対象とし、詩世界で確認される特徴的様相を究明するために企画されたものだ。第2章では綺閣の文学を本格的に調べる前に、女性知識人の漢文学創作様相を概観した後、漢文学で女性文学がどのような方法で研究されたのか動向を整理する作業を先行した。また、『綺閣閒筆』文集を全体的に調べることで研究の土台を作った。 次に、3章では『綺閣閒筆』の特徴を3つに分けて調べたが、1つ目は｢女性知識人との同類意識表出、そして詩的出会い｣で綺閣が他の女性知識人とどのように交遊し、またどのような側面で同類意識を示したのかに注目しようとした。19世紀になると女性文学も以前の時期とは異なり積極的であることが確認できるが、綺閣の作品で確認可能な女性会の登場は当時女性文学が社会的に発展したことを示しているという点で意味を持つと言える。2番目は｢クリエイターの根本的欲望、限界を越えて｣という主題で綺閣が文学活動をすることになった内的欲望を覗き見ると同時に女性という限界をどのように認識していたのかについて調べた。文学的表出、そして自分に対する表現は人間本来の欲望と言えるが、綺閣の場合、女性という限界を認識し、それに対する自分の感情を詩で表現したことを確認した。3つ目は｢幻想的な空間への指向、遊仙詩創作とその意味｣で、ここでは綺閣の詩世界で確認される女性文学の特徴を発見しようとした。女性文学だけが持っている違いの美学を探してみれば、有線詩創作の伝統と継承様相の中で議論できるが、綺閣の作品の中でも新鮮世界に対する言及がよく捕捉されることを確認した。
