This study is a case study to examine the effects of collage art therapy on pregnant women's anxiety and depression. The research subject was a pregnant woman living in A city, Gyeonggi-do, and collage art therapy was conducted once a week for 60 minutes, including pre- and post-tests, for a total of 10 sessions. In order to examine the changes in anxiety and depression of the research subjects, the process of collage work, analysis of collage works, and changes in psychology and behavior of the subjects were analyzed for each session. In addition, MMPI-2 and EDPS were conducted to evaluate the psychological level of anxiety and depression of the study subjects. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the research subject's anxiety and depression decreased through the session-by-session work process of collage art therapy and analysis of collage works. Second, a decrease in depression was confirmed through the EPDS, and scores of clinical scales related to anxiety decreased in the MMPI-2. In conclusion, the research subjects experienced psychological recovery through collage art therapy, and the anxiety and depression of pregnant women were reduced.

이 연구는 임산부를 대상으로 콜라주 미술치료를 실시하여 임산부의 불안과 우울에 미 치는 효과를 살펴보고자 한 사례연구이다. 연구대상은 경기도 A시에 거주하는 임산부 1 명이며, 콜라주 미술치료를 주 1회, 60분씩 사전 사후 검사를 포함해 총 10회기 진행하였 다. 연구대상의 불안과 우울의 변화를 살펴보기 위해 각 회기별로 콜라주 작업과정과 콜 라주 작품의 분석, 연구대상의 심리 및 행동의 변화를 분석하였다. 또한 연구대상의 불안 과 우울의 심리적 수준을 평가하기 위하여 MMPI-2, EDPS를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 콜라주 미술치료의 회기별 작업과정과 콜라주 작품 분석을 통해 연구대상의 불안과 우울이 감소한 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, EPDS를 통해 우울의 감소를 확인하였고, MMPI-2에서 불안과 관련된 임상척도의 점수가 감소되었다. 결론적으로 연 구대상은 콜라주 미술치료를 통해 심리적 회복을 경험하였고, 임산부의 불안과 우울이 감 소되었다.
