A study on The Impact of Customer Agility and Innovation Activities on Decision-Making

This study aims to derive variables through a prior research review of what capabilities SMEs need to sustain and grow. Customer agility, exploratory innovation activities, exploitation innovation activities, and quality of decision-making were derived as variables, and the relationship between each variable was verified through a structural equation model. As a result of a survey of 220 CEOs of SMEs in Korea, customer agility has a positive influence on exploratory innovation activities, exploitation innovation activities, and decision quality, individually. And, exploratory innovation activities and exploitation innovation activities individually influnce on the quality of decision-making. Through this research, academic and practical implications were derived and research restrictions and future research directions were proposed.
