The results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, CEO 's quality leadership has a positive effect on job commitment. Second, job commitment of internal members has a positive effect on Management Innovation Performance. Third, we confirmed the effect of job commitment mediation in the relationship between CEO 's quality leadership and Management Innovation Performance. Fourth, the effect of the organizational culture control effect on the quality leadership and job involvement of CEO was confirmed. Fifth, the effect of organizational culture adjustment was not significant in the relationship between CEO 's quality leadership and Management Innovation Performance. Sixth, organizational culture control effect was not significant in relation to job commitment and Management Innovation Performance. The results of the fifth and sixth conclusions are inconsistent with previous research results, Despite the commitment to work, the absence of Management Innovation Performance is attributable to external factors. This research recognizes the importance of organizational culture and induces the involvement of internal members. I hope that this study will contribute to the sustainable development of the company through job involvement in the recent uncertainty.
