The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the financial performance of KONEX companies transferred and listed on the KOSDAQ market. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the changes in management performance, details of financing, and creation of employment and dispersion of shares for companies transferred and listed on the KOSDAQ market of KONEX companies and those remaining in the KONEX market characteristics were compared and analyzed. In detail, a time-series regression analysis was also conducted on the management performance of transferred and listed companies and remaining companies during the KONEX listing period. In other words, the effect of the transferred listing was also investigated through the financial status of companies that successfully achieved transferred listing on the KOSDAQ market. At this time, performance stability and profitability of growth are significant variables that distinguish the two groups, and companies that efficiently utilize assets to increase sales and assets and generate profits were also found to move to the KOSDAQ market. As a result of analyzing the management performance of companies remaining in the KONEX market, Average sales, average total assets, average debt ratio, average operating profit rate, ROE, and average annual growth rate all showed high growth potential, stability, and profitability in transferred and listed companies.

본 연구의 목적은 코넥스기업의 코스닥시장 이전상장기업의 재무성과 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연 구 목적 달성을 위해 코넥스기업의 코스닥시장 이전상장기업과 코넥스시장 잔류기업의 경영성과 변동추이와 자금조 달내역, 고용창출 및 지분분산측면 등의 특성을 비교·분석했다. 세부적으로 코넥스 상장 기간 동안 이전상장한 기업 과 잔류기업의 경영성과 측면에 대한 시계열 회귀분석도 실시하였다. 즉, 코스닥시장으로 이전상장을 성공적으로 달 성한 기업의 재무상태를 통해서 이전상장 효과도 조사하였다. 이때 성장성과 안정성 및 수익성이 두 집단을 구별하는 유의한 변수이며, 자산을 효율적으로 활용하여 매출액 및 자산 증가와 수익을 창출하는 기업의 코스닥시장 이전도 발 견되었다. 분석 결과, 코스닥시장으로 시장을 변경한 이전상장기업은 코넥스 잔류기업과 비교해 성장성과 수익성 및 안정성이 모두 우수했다. 그리고 코넥스시장 잔류기업의 경영성과를 분석한 결과, 평균 매출액, 평균 자산총계, 평균 부채비율, 평균 영업이익률과 ROE 및 연평균성장률은 이전상장 기업에서 높은 성장성과 안정성 및 수익성을 보였다.
