In line with the recent changing times, we are making self-help efforts to apply various teaching methods to strengthen learner-centered practical capabilities. In this study, we conduct PBL classes that reflect the needs of the industry so that they can acquire practical skills and creative problem-solving skills in the field, and investigate whether cooperative self-efficacy and class satisfaction are improved through creative problem-solving skills and team activities of learners. want to report In order to develop a basic cosmetic container for freemold in connection with a mold company located in Gyeonggi-do, PBL design classes were held for a total of 8 weeks for 18 students in the 3rd and 4th years of two departments majoring in cosmetic invention design and business administration at University A in Gyeonggi-do. did For class operation, IP R&D strategy and design process were applied to derive results and evaluate them. In addition, the learning effect and class satisfaction of the PBL class were investigated through a survey of participating students after the class was over. As a result, first, it was found that the learning effect obtained through the PBL class was the highest for learning related knowledge acquisition and application. Second, PBL classes are judged to be highly satisfactory for participation and results because learners can improve their practical capabilities by proceeding with a problem-solving process close to the actual field. Third, the PBL class method allows the instructor to approach the problem through sufficient explanation and understanding to the learner in order to increase understanding of the project topic, and feedback on the task is judged to increase satisfaction. Through the case analysis of this PBL class, it was judged that it would be effective in increasing adaptability and problem-solving ability to the practical field of industry-academia collaboration. 최근 변화하는 시대에 발맞추어 학습자 중심의 실무 역량을 강화하기 위한 다양한 교수법을 적용하기 위해 자구적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 산업체 요구를 반영한 PBL 수업을 진행하여 현장의 실무능력 과 창의적인 문제해결 역량을 습득할 수 있도록 하며, 학습자의 창의적 문제해결력과 팀 활동을 통한 협력적 자기효능감과 수업 만족도의 향상 여부를 알아보고자 한다. 경기도 위치한 금형업체와 연계하여 프리몰드용 기초화장품 용기를 개발하기 위해 경기도 A대학교의 화장품발명디자인 전공과 경영학 전공의 2개 학과 3,4 학년 학생 18명을 대상으로 총 8주간 PBL 디자인 수 업을 진행하였다. 수업 운영은 IP R&D 전략과 디자인 프로세스를 적용하여 결과물을 도출하고 평가를 진행하 였다. 또한 수업 종료 후 참여 학생의 설문조사로 PBL 수업의 학습효과 및 수업 만족도를 조사하였다. 그 결과 첫째, PBL 수업을 통해 얻어진 학습 효과 는 관련 지식 습득과 적용에 대한 학습효과가 가장 높 은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, PBL 수업은 학습자가 실무 현장에 가까운 문제 해결과정을 진행하며 실무적 역량 을 높일 수 있어 참여와 결과에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, PBL 수업 방식은 프로젝트 주 제에 대한 이해를 높이기 위해 교수자가 학습자에게 충 분한 설명과 이해를 통해 문제에 접근할 수 있도록 하 며 과제에 대한 피드백이 만족도를 높이는 것으로 판단 된다. 본 PBL 수업의 사례 분석을 통해 산학연계의 실무 현장에 대한 적응력과 문제해결력을 높이는데 효과가 있을 것으로 판단되었으며, 향후 산업체와 연계한 현장 감 높은 PBL 문제들이 개발되어 수업에 적용된다면 보 다 효과적인 학습활동이 될 수 있으리라 기대해본다.
