[Purpose] The role of a coach is very important because golf requires a balance of physical and psychological skills to achieve a high level of performance. [Method] This study verified the correlation between the theory, skill, and reliability as a sub-factors of the golf coach's professionalism area and the education and training satisfaction recognized by amateur golf players, and verified the mediating effect of the players' exercise immersion in this process. [Result] As a result of the study, first, there was a positive correlation between each factor of theory·skill, reliability, exercise immersion perceived by players, and satisfaction with training as a sub-factors of golf instructor expertise. Second, it was found that the golf instructor's reliability directly affects the players' exercise immersion. [Conclusion] Based on the results that the golf instructor's reliability increases the players' exercise commitment, the need to maintain the instructor's sincerity and consistency is raised in order to further strengthen the effect of the parameters of exercise commitment constituting positive motivation.

[목적] 골프는 높은 수준의 경기력을 위해서 신체적 기술과 심리적 기술의 조화가 요구되기 때문에 지도자의 역할이 매우 중요하다. [방법] 본 연구는 골프지도자의 전문성 영역의 이론·기술, 신뢰성이 아마추어 골프 선수들이 인식하 는 교육 훈련 만족도와의 상관관계를 검증하고 이 과정에서 운동몰입이 어떤 매개효과를 보이는지 검증하였다. [결 과] 연구 결과, 첫째, 골프지도자 전문성의 하위 요인 중 이론·기술, 신뢰성과 선수가 인식하는 운동몰입, 교육 훈련 만족도의 각 변수 간에는 정(+)의 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 지도자의 신뢰성은 선수들의 운동몰입에 직접적 으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골프 지도자의 신뢰도가 선수들의 운동몰입을 증가시킨다는 결과를 바 탕으로 긍정적 동기유발을 구성하는 운동몰입의 매개변수 효과를 더욱 강화하기 위해 지도자의 성실성, 일관성을 변 함없이 유지할 필요성이 제기된다.
