This text describes the evaluation method for Cellular Vehicle-to-Everything (C-V2X) On-Board Unit (OBU) products to obtain Omniair certification, an international certificiation organization. The evaluation method mainly includes physical layer tests, protocol tests, and actual vehicle driving tests for wireless communication. For this evaluation method, the test environment, test procedures, and test results are described for the Certification Operating Council (COC) test standard specified by Omniair.
