The study was a study that identified the mediating effect of social support in the effect of stress on suicidal ideation of nursing students. The subjects of the study were in the 3rd and 4th graders of nursing department at a university in G city, understanding the purpose of the study and agreeing to participate, and the final subjects were 132. Data collection was conducted from November 10 to November 25, 2021. The analysis used descriptive statistics, t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression with SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of the study, it was found that stress, suicidal ideation, and social support of nursing students had a significant correlation, and social support had a mediating effect in the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply a mental health promotion program that attempts repetitive research and strengthens social support.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 스트레스가 자살사고에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지의 매개 효과를 확인한 연구이 다. 연구대상자는 G시 소재 일개 대학의 간호학과 3, 4학년 재학생들로, 연구 목적을 이해하고 참여에 동의한 자로 구성하였으며 최종 연구대상자는 132명이었다. 자료수집 기간은 2021년 11월 10일부터 11월 25일까지였다. 자료 분석 은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, One way ANOVA, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 스트레스, 자살사고, 사회적 지지는 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며, 스트레스와 자살사고의 관 계에서 사회적 지지는 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 추후 본 연구결과를 토대로 반복연구를 시도하고 사 회적 지지를 강화한 정신건강 증진프로그램의 개발과 적용이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
