The purpose of this study is to identify occupational values, geography and employment characteristics of nurses according to the characteristics of nursing students. This research method was conducted from May 09 to May 13, 2022 with a total of 299 nursing students at J University located in J City, K Province who voluntarily participated in the study. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, DUNCAN, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS Win 22.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, according to the demographic and general characteristics of nursing students, there were statistically significant differences in occupational values, nurses' qualifications, and employment characteristics. Second, it was found that intrinsic and extrinsic values, which are occupational values, and nurse qualifications had a statistically significant effect on employment characteristics. The conclusion of this study can be the basic data for an intervention program for department satisfaction by grade that reflects the characteristics of nursing students so that they can have attachment and interest in the department academically. By exploring the qualifications and employment characteristics of nurses, it is possible to form a career attitude suitable for oneself to provide basic data for preventing early turnover and job satisfaction even after employment. Based on this study, continuous research is suggested to provide counseling and career guidance suitable for employment, taking into account changes in occupational values, geology, and employment characteristics of nursing students according to the characteristics of nursing students.

본 연구목적은 간호대학생의 특성에 따른 직업가치관, 간호사의 지질 및 취업특성을 파악하기 위함 이다. 본 연구방법은 K도 J시에 소재한 J대학의 간호대학생으로 연구에 자발적으로 참여한 총 299명을 대 상으로 설문조사를 2022년 5월 09일부터 5월 13일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 22.0 program으로 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석, 독립표본 t검정, One-way ANOVA, DUNCAN 및 Multiple regression analysis으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 간호대학생의 인구통계적인 특성과 일반적인 특성에 따라 직업가치관, 간호사 의 자질, 취업특성에 통계적으로 유의미하게 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 직업가치관인 내재적 가치와 외재적 가치 및 간호사 자질이 취업특성에 통계적으로 유의미하 게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론은 학문적으로 학과에 대한 애착과 흥미를 가질 수 있도록 간호대학생의 특성을 반영 한 학년별 학과만족도 중재프로그램의 기초자료가 될수 있고, 실무적으로는 저학년때부터 자신의 목표 에 맞추어 올바른 직업가치관, 간호사의 자질 및 취업특성을 탐색하여 자신에게 알맞은 진로 태도를 형 성하여 취업 후에도 조기 이직율 방지 및 직장 만족감을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 특성에 따른 직업가치관, 간호사의 지질 및 취업특성의 변화를 고 려하여 취업에 적합한 상담이나, 진로지도가 이루어지도록 지속적인 연구를 제언한다.
