This paper analyzes the performance of Neungheodae Culture Festival. This analysis method employs Multivariate Analysis of Variance(MANOVA) and Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis, the Input-Output Analysis which are designed to measure the performance of Neungheodae Culture Festival. The summary of the results is as follows First, as a result of analyzing difference in satisfaction by age or gender, there were no significant difference in satisfaction and intention to recommend. Second, it was found that interest of the program and appropriateness of information delivery had a positive effect on intention to recommend through the mediating variable of overall satisfaction. Finally, as a result of analyzing the economic ripple effects of the Neungheodae Culture Festival, the total expenditure effect was 502.2 million won in production, 192.5 million won in value-added, 38.0 million won in income, and 6 people employed, respectively.

본 연구는 관람객 만족도 및 경제적 파급효과의 측면에서 능허대문화축제의 성과평가를 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 다변량 분산분석과 3단계 회귀분석, 산업연관분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 능허대문화축제에 참여한 관람객 전체 만족도의 경우 프로그램 만족도가 6.1199점, 행사정보 전달성은 5.746점으로 나타났으며, 전반적인 만족도는 6.0752점, 권유의사는 6.1443점으로 행사정보 전달성이 다른 항목에 비하여 다소 낮은 수준이기는 하나 전반적으로 만족도 수준이 매우 높은 수준 으로 나타났다. 다만, 관람객의 성별 및 연령별 특성에 따른 만족도의 차이 유무에 대한 검증을 위한 다변량분산분석(MANOVA) 결과 관람객 특성에 따른 통계적 유의미한 만족도의 차이는 발생하지 않 는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 능허대문화축제에 참여한 관람객의 전반적 만족도가 권유의사에 미치는 영향에 대한 3단계 회귀분석 결과 독립변수인 ‘프로그램 만족도’의 경우 부분적 매개효과가, ‘행사정보 전달성’의 경우 완전 매개효과가 존재하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 산업연관분석을 이용한 경제적 파급효과에 대한 분석 결과 생산유발효과는 502.2백만 원, 부가가치 유발효과는 192.5백만원, 수입유발효과는 38.9백만원으로 나타났으며 고용유발 효과는 6 명으로 투입 예산 대비 경제적 파급효과가 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다.
