The purpose of this study is to confirm the influence of the type of organizational culture of financial institutions on organizational performance. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, employees of financial institutions located in Korea were targeted for this study. The analysis results are as follows. It was found that the relationship-oriented organizational culture had a significant positive (+) effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of members. The innovation-oriented organizational culture also showed a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of members. Task-oriented organizational culture was the only type of organizational culture that had a significant positive (+) effect on financial performance. At the same time, there was a significant positive (+) effect on the members' organizational commitment It was found that hierarchical organizational culture did not significantly affect any organizational performance.

본 연구의 목적은 금융기관의 조직문화 유형별로 조직의 재무적 및 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향 력을 확인하는 것이다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 증권, 보험, 은행 등 국내에 소재한 금융기관 재직자를 대상으로 조사가 진행되었다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 SPSS와 AMOS 통계패키지 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 관계지향 조직문화는 구성원 의 직무만족과 조직몰입에는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신지향 조직문화도 구성원의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계를 보였다. 과업지향 조직문화 는 조직문화 유형 중에서 유일하게 재무성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 동시 에 구성원의 조직몰입에도 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계를 보였다. 둘째, 관계지향적 조직문화와 직무만족 의 관계에서 변혁적 리더십의 유의한 정(+)의 조절효과, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서 거래적 리더십 의 유의한 정(+)의 조절효과, 혁신지향적 조직문화와 직무만족의 관계에서 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십의 유의한 정(+)의 조절효과, 그리고 조직몰입과의 관계에서는 거래적 리더십의 유의한 정(+)의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
